La Maison Colline felt like a hidden gem in Saint-Emilion! Breakfast in the courtyard featured delicious croissants, and the central location made exploring so easy. The upstairs room was charming but watch out for those steep stairs! Overall, a lovely cozy stay.

quaint property, room overlooking patio, classic French decor
Public transportation options are frustratingly limited!!! The lack of air conditioning is an inconvenience when the weather gets too hot!!! A fan is just not enough during sweltering nights!!!

Charming accommodations with a delightful atmosphere and attentive service. The room was clean and well-decorated, making it perfect for our short visit. The host was incredibly helpful, offering great local dining tips and even sharing a lovely cheese board for a picnic. However, the stairs can be a bit steep and the room was on the smaller side, which was fine for a night but may feel cramped for longer stays. Parking requires some planning due to high daytime charges nearby.

great ambiance but a bit noisy
The hosts were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast in the charming courtyard was delightful, featuring an excellent selection of fresh pastries. We particularly loved the stunning view of the nearby historic landmarks from our room that added a special touch to our visit.
However, street noise at night was noticeable and slightly disrupted our sleep.

Our two-night stay was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast setup in the shared dining area was charming, allowing us to bond with fellow guests. Blaise's personalized wine tasting suggestions made our trip unforgettable, but it would be great if there were more seating options. I'd return in a heartbeat!

The charming atmosphere of this medieval property provided a cozy retreat, especially with the view of the secluded courtyard. It's perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant streets and excellent dining options nearby. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delightful assortment of local pastries that made each morning special. On the downside, the room was a bit cramped for my taste, and the steep stairs occasionally made navigating the property a challenge. Additionally, public transportation could be more convenient.
